Tournament times and rules

Game times:

Qualifying games on Tuesday and Wednesday 

All points reset on Monday night.

New questions added in the tournament deck.

Single elimination, the winner of each game moves on to semi finals.

Winners score determines who they play against in semi finals.

Semi finals on Thursday 

All points reset Wednesday night.

Each person plays three games. The winner is the person with the most points after three games.

The winner of each match moves on to the finals.

Points determine who you play against in the finals.

Finals on Saturday 

All points reset Friday night.

Three games

Player with the most total points at the end of three games wins.

No Shows

If you don’t show up during your appointed time you will be disqualified.

If your opponent doesn’t show up during the appointed time, we will attempt to reschedule otherwise you automatically advance to the next round.

Questions

A new question deck will be uploaded Tuesday morning specifically for the tournament.

Additional questions will be added Thursday morning and Saturday morning

Game issues

If a player gets kicked out, game play will pause while the player rejoins.

If a game needs to be restarted, when possible the score and round will be resumed in the new game.

When in doubt, the host will make the final call
